05/02/2016 - Request to waiver procurement for the appointment of the Building Research Establishment to undertaken a Private Sector Stock condition Survey for the city.

The Director of Environment and Housing agreed to wavier Contract Procurement Rules 8.1 and 8.2 to allow the appointment of the Buidling Research Establishment (BRE) to undertake Private Sector Stock Condition Survey for the city.
