Request for Approval of funding arrangements to allow a smooth transitional period following the cessation of the Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) and proposed seed funding towards the creation of the new Leeds Rental Standard.
The Director of Environments and Housing
agreed to the approval of funding from existing budgets to cover
the cost of transitional arrangements for the cessation of LLAS and
seed funding of the new Leeds Rental Standard.
