The Director of Environment & Housing agreed to approve
i) the waiver of Contracts Procedure Rule 15.2 in order that the tenders for the Intensive and Dispersed Supported Accommodation service can be evaluated based on a 70% quality 30% price split.
ii) the provision for an extension of up to 3 years for the 5 year contract for the Visiting Housing Related Support service
