The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of this report;
ii) Considered and over-ruled the objections to Leeds City Council
(Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restrictions) (No.W61) Order 2014
Amendment No.6 Order 2015;
iii) instructed the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement
Leeds City Council (Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restrictions)
(No.W61) Order 2014 Amendment No.6 Order 2015;
iv) instructed the City Solicitor to write to the objector
informing them of the Chief Officer’s (Highways and
Transportation) decision.
