Chief officer of Waste Management has approved
the waiver of CPR’s 8.1 and 8.2 which enabled Leeds City
Council to enter into an agreement with Bradford City Council for
the collection, treatment and disposal of chemicals collected at
our 8 Household waste Sorting Sites (HWSS).
