The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted and approve the contents of this report;
ii) approved an injection of a further £134,186 into the City
Development capital programme fully funded from section 106
developer receipts to deliver the Throstle Road North Verge
Hardening Scheme;
iii) gave authority to incur expenditure of £134,186 in
addition to £236,050 that has been approved previously, and
is fully funded from s106 developer receipts (note that
additionally £100,000 already has approval to spend from
within a Children’s Services capital scheme for the Sharp
Lane Primary School expansion).
