The Director of Children’s Services
agreed to:
• note the negotiations held with Solicitors acting on behalf
of the Governing Body of Elmete Wood School and The Wellspring
Academy Trust;
• give authority for the Commercial Transfer Agreement
(“CTA”) to be executed and completed to enable the
Academy to open on 1st September 2016 together with any other
documentation required to complete the transfer; and
• give authority for other necessary action to be taken to
effect the transfer.
