The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the Variation from Hotel Chocolat to their licence to
operate a street café on the highway at 55 Boar Lane, Leeds,
LS1, as shown on the attached drawing unnumbered to expire on the
31 March 2017 and that future licences be renewed annually, subject
to satisfactory operation, and with approval from The Chief Officer
Highways and Transportation.
