The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
i) gave approval to the purchase Variable Message Signs at a total scheme cost of £330,000 and
ii) gave authority to incur expenditure of £310,000 works costs and £20,000 staff costs, to be funded from the LTP Transport Policy Capital Programme.
