Transportation) approved the awarding of a contract to a sole
supplier, in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 7 (Low Value
Procurement, contracts with an estimated value of below
£10,000), to allow the service to undertake a trial involving
the forensic marking of yorkstone flags.
