The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Miah’s Kitchen – 6-8
Merrion Street, Leeds, LS1 6PQ For a licence to operate a street
café on the highway at Merrion Street East, as shown on the
attached unnumbered drawing to expire on the 31 March 2017 and that
future licences be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory
operation, and with approval from The Chief Officer Highways and
Transportation.
