Request for approval of the transfer to housing stock and refurbishment of the former caretaker property on Rigton Drive LS9 as part of the HCA Empty Homes Programme
The Director of Environment and Housing agrees
to the transfer to housing stock of the former caretaker property
on Rigton Drive. The completion of refurbishment works in order to
let as council housing to a family with high medical
needs.
