The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation) approved to waiver Contract Procedure Rule No 9.1
and 9.2 High Value Procurements and award the contract for the UTMC
Project 2016-2018 without competition to Mott MacDonald for 18
months with an extension option for a further 18 months.
