The Chíef Officer of Economy and
Regeneration has approved entering into one to one negotiations and
a 12 month exclusivity agreement with the party named in the
confidential appendix This is to enable terms to be provisionally
agreed for the disposal of part of the former social services
office site on Roundhay Road, Those provisionally agreed terms will
be reported to a future meeting date to seek approval to
them.
