The Director of Children's Services approved
the waiver of CPR 8.1 and 8.2 (intermediate Value procurements) to
award a contract direct to the CLP Mentor, VLB Lean Ltd, in the sum
of £25,000 for the provision of specialist support and advice
on the implementation of the CLP method being utilised for the
Shakespeare Primary School project to commence in September 2016
and expire on completion of the project.
