The Chief Officer Economy and Regeneration has
approved that the 114
Wesley Street, Beeston, Leeds LS11 8RA should be declared surplus
and sold by auction with the reserve to be set by the Head of Land
Property. ln the event of a sale at auction being unsuccessful then
informal offers wíll be invited.
