The Director of City Development is recommended to:
a. note the contents of the report relating to this decision;
b. agree to the terms of settlement of various disputes relating
to performance failures; and
c. agree to the terms of the various contract variations and
novation referred to in the report (and any other ancillary
documents) in order to (amongst other things) facilitate the
sale of SSE/Royal Bank Leasing's sale of their shares in the service provider.
