The Natural Environment Manager authorised the
making of a Public Path Diversion Order in accordance with Section
257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, in respect of a
claimed footpath between St. Albans Place and Cross Belgrave Street
and the confirmation the Order, subject to there being no
objections
