The Chief Planning Officer approved the
following:
i) The modification of the Farnley Upper Moor Side Conservation
Area
(boundary map Appendix 2) with effect from 5th June 2017.
ii) Adoption of the Farnley Upper Moor Side Conservation Area
Appraisal
and Management Plan as non-statutory planning guidance (and as
such
with weight as a material consideration) with effect from 5th June
2017.
