The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of this report;
ii) noted the identified maintenance responsibilities;
iii) approved a £19,864 funding contribution towards the
improvement of a public footpath as shown on Drawing number
LD.634.02; and
iv) gave authority to incur expenditure of £19,864 to be
funded from the LTP Transport Policy Capital Programme.
