The Director of Resources and Housing agreed
to approve the Write off of irrecoverable Former Tenants Arrears in
the sum of £65,480.33 represented by 172 accounts in relation
to the citywide accounts.
Furthermore it is agreed that 113 long standing former tenant
accounts with a total credit balance of £7965.29 are written
off.
