The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of this report.
ii) approved the proposal at the total cost of £120,000;
and
iii) gave authority to incur expenditure of £100,000 works
costs and £20,000 staff costs, to be funded from the LTP
Transport Policy Capital Programme (West Yorkshire Local Transport
Plan 3, Implementation Plan 2) 100% Government grant funding.
