The Head of Transportation:
i) noted and approved the proposed Traffic Regulation Order as
outlined in Section 3 and indicated on drawing referenced:
732613/LCC/HWT/XX/DR/EP/TRO01a;
ii) instructed the City Solicitor to advertise a draft Traffic
Regulation Order in relation to the waiting restrictions as
indicated on drawing referenced: 732613/LCC/HWT/XX/DR/EP/TRO01a _
and, if no valid objections are received then make, seal and
implement the Order; and
iii) gave authority to incur further expenditure of £245,000
works costs and £28,000 staff costs to be fully funded by the
developer through a Section 278 Agreement.
