The Chief Officer Property and Contracts
agreed with the waiver of Contracts Procedure Rules 9.1 and 9.2
– (High Value Procurements) in order to formalise the current
service provider agreement with Switch 2 without seeking
competition in the sum of £160,000. This agreement will
expire on the 2nd January 2019 .
