In accordance with CPR 3.1.8 the Chief Officer
Culture and Sport approved the selection of a contractor via an
openly dvertsised tender utilising the restricted procurement
process and the evaluation criteria of 60% price, 40% quality for
the proposed roof maintenance works at Leeds Town Hall.
