The Chief Planning Officer approved the
following:
i) The designation of the proposed Grand Quarter Conservation Area
boundary, as shown, on the attached plan (Appendix 2), with effect
from 20th November 2017.
ii) Adoption of the Grand Quarter Conservation Area Appraisal and
Management Plan (attached appendix 3) as non-statutory planning
guidance (and as such with weight as a material consideration) with
effect from 20th November 2017.
