The Director of Resources and Housing approved
the requests to:
- Authorise an injection and authority
to spend £1 million of (DEFRA) grant on measures that will
assist in the delivery of a Clean Air Zone for Leeds. This spending
is broken down into:
- Support for ULEV Taxi & Private
Hire Vehicles - £700,000
- Infrastructure improvement -
£80,000
- Communications Campaign -
£180,000 (Revenue)
- Bike share scheme -
£40,000
