Consultation process
Service users, carers and staff are being involved in the process of developing the proposed model of service via consultation events, questionnaires and involvement in workstreams. If proposals are approved formal consultation will take place with staff and unions around the proposed changes - this will be led by the HR workstream. Communication and Engagement workstream will produce a communication plan detailing consultation with all stakeholders prior to and during implementation.
