Update on implications for Leeds and outcome of election of the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner

The election of a Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire could potentially change the way in which local policing, crime reduction and services for victims are delivered in the future.  The report aims to set up the current position and understanding of potential risks and opportunities for the city as a result of these changes.
