To approve the following consultations to change the age range of the BESD Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre, to expand the capacity of the provision using existing sites at Elmete Wood, Stonegate Road, the Burley Park Centre, the Hunslet Gate Centre and the Tinshill Centre. To expand the North East SILC (Oakwood Lane).
