Consultation process

Commencing in October there will be a 6 week statutory consultation.  This will be in line with the Council’s adopted Statement of Community Involvement and the CIL Regulations.  Hard copies of all the material will be placed in all libraries and One Stop Centres and the Development Enquiry Centre.  All the documents will be available on the Council’s website.  An advert will be placed in the Yorkshire Evening Post.  Direct emails containing the weblinks to the documents will be sent to neighbouring authorities, previous representors on the Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule, town and parish councils, Members, and a range of other contacts on the Council’s Local Development Framework database.
