Executive Board are requested to authorise the expenditure of £1.3m (final cost estimate due prior to submission of DCR at the end of Stage D and will be included in this document) to complete necessary works associated with the expansion of Robin Hood Primary School from a 310 place school to 420 places. This includes remodelling of internal spaces within school, a new three classroom traditional build extension, associated ground/landscaping works and necessary highways works. Permanent expansion of this school site is necessary due to the increasing birth rate within Leeds. Robin Hood Primary has been identified as the epicentre of project pupil place demand within the Ardsley and Robin Hood ward.
