Leeds Bradford Cycle Superhighway

The report seeks approval to proceed with the scheme and implementation of a cycle track and associated 20mph Zones from Bradford City Centre to Cross Gates Ring Road.

The report seeks approval to inject funding of £19.335M from the Cycle City Ambition Grant and West Yorkshire Local Transport Plan (WYLTP).

The report also seeks approval for the invitation of tenders and subject to the tender sums being within the tendered budget, to approve and authorise the award of the Contract to undertake the construction at an estimated cost of £19.335M to be met from the Cycle City Ambition Grant fund and WYLTP.
