To appoint a contractor to deliver the LCR Green Deal and ECO, following an extensive OJEU compliant procurement exercise.
We are therefore seeking decisions to approve in principle participation in the Leeds City Region Green Deal Project. The procurement is nearing conclusion and the latest position will be outlined in a confidential appendix but we will not have made a final decision by the time of Executive Board. However, as the contract is being procured on behalf of Leeds and 9 other authorities by the Leeds City Region, we need to commit to participate prior to the final decision being taken. To enable this to happen, we therefore need Executive Board to delegate authority to the Director of Environment and Housing to agree the final commercial terms of the call-off contract and sign the contract. We also require a decision to delegate authority to take ongoing operational decisions to the Director of Environment and Housing.
