This included representatives from the Third Sector, NHS Commissioning and Provider organisations (Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS ABL, Leeds Community Healthcare, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust), Leeds Metropolitan University, Children's Services and lay people.
