Interim Contract Arrangements to support the delivery of the Drug Interventions Programme (DIP)/ Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Arrangements for Leeds

To enter into interim contract arrangements with organisations providing DIP/IOM Services and case management support.  This approval is sought in order to maintain service provision whilst a major review of DIP/IOM services is undertaken to determine future commissioning requirements. The combined cost of these interim contracts will be in excess of £250k per annum.

Consultation process

Consultation will take place with Lead Members and existing service providers prior to the decision.

Wider detailed consultation will take place as part of the review process through a range of events, such as Outcomes Based Accountability sessions, focus groups, interviews and questionnaires.

Lead Members, third sector service providers, staff and service users, also wider stakeholders/ key partners including Probation (CRC and NPS), West Yorkshire Police and Prisons.
