Sustainable Communities Investment Programme Review

Report details how £5million has been spent on investment in Cross Green and the Nevilles, evidence that investment has been successful, and management arrangements for the future. The report outlines best practice and opportunities to continue a similar approach to neighbourhood improvement in the future.

Based on the lessons learnt the report details the opportunities for a similar approach in Holbeck building on the existing investment from the Beeston and Holbeck PFI and the Leeds Neighbourhood Approach as well as the opportunities to link to the wider regeneration of the South Bank and development opportunities such as the Matthew Murray site.

The report will set out the investment programme for approval.
