Report considers the role of new and purpose built Private Rented Sector (PRS) housing in delivering housing growth in Leeds.  The report proposes a policy approach which could encourage and help secure the development of purpose built Private Rented Sector housing whilst securing resources for investment in affordable housing which supports the Leeds ambition of a Strong Economy and Compassionate City.
