Executive Board is recommended to:

 

1)  Note the emerging proposals for phase 2;

2)   Agree for widespread engagement with stakeholders on

  the emerging proposals to be undertaken; and

3)   Endorse the submission of business cases to ascertain

  funding in relation to Ê3.4M of advanced works and

  subsequently authorise the undertakinq of these.
