    Request to waive Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) 9.1 and 9.2, using the authority set out in CPR 1.3, to enter into two contracts with St Anne's Community Services for provision of a Residential Alcohol Detoxification and a Residential Alcohol Rehabi

     

     

    The Director of Adults and Health will be requested to approve:

     

    • The waiver of contract procedure rules 9.1 and 9.2 in order to award interim contracts to St Anne's Community Services from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019.
    • The provision of a Residential Alcohol Detoxification Service.
    • The provision of a Resídential Alcohol Rehabilitation Service in.

     

    The value of each contract will exceed [250,000 per annum.

     

    The funding and contractual arrangements will be with the Adults and Health Directorate.
