 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Leeds Arena: Legal Action: Montpellier Estates Ltd'

• Councillor Andrew Carter CBE - Other Significant Interest - Due to his involvement in the Hearing which considered the legal claims made by MEL against the Council. Such involvement arose from the fact that he was the Leader of the Counci and Executive Member for Development and Regeneration during the relevant period. In view of this, other than paying tribute to the officers involved, Councillor A Carter did not contribute towards the discussion on this report and did not participate in the voting thereon.
