Anyone who is over 60 and lives within the Roundhay, Oakwood, Brackenwood or East Moortown area can request help from Community Action for Roundhay Elderly (CARE)

 

CARE offers:

·  Volunteer support

·  Volunteer Drop-in

·  A befriending service

·  Carers Drop-In

·  CAREConnect social club, held every Thursday afternoon

·  Information and advice

·  De Caf – Dementia Café

·  Help with filling in forms

·  Assisted shopping service

·  Regular social events and outings, with transport provided

·  Help with practical tasks

·  Fitting of low energy light bulbs

·  Gardening scheme

·  Help to check your entitlement to benefits
