Yeadon Town Hall CIC (Company number 11038648) was established in 2017 and registered for the purpose of the operation of arts facilities.
On 1st April 2019, it was reported that Yeadon Town Hall was officially back in the hands of the Leeds community.
Local businessman and theatre impresario, Jamie Hudson (Director of the CIC) and chairman of the Yeadon Town Hall Users Group, Jenny Thackur, teamed up with local councillors and other community members to develop the Yeadon Town Hall Community Interest Company (CIC).
Yeadon Town CIC has been granted a 50 year lease of the building from Leeds City Council. The new plans include full restoration of both the exterior and interior - from refurbishing kitchen and bathroom facilities to a complete redecoration of the building. A programme of 2019 shows has also been planned.
According to Companies House, Yeadon Town Hall CIC dissolved on 9th April 2019. Yeadon Town Hall is now managed by Yeadon Town Hall (Management) Community Interest Company (Registered in England: Number 11709326)
