Purpose:

To agree to amend the current lease between Leeds City Council and Merrion House LLP for the Council’s occupation of Merrion House to include an option to provide for a revised payment schedule.

Decision:

The Chief Officer Financial Services agreeD to the Council making the Merrion House rent prepayment.

 

The Director of City Development and Chief Officer Financial Services approved entering into all necessary arrangements (including financial) to facilitate such Merrion House rent advance and distribution of the Council’s share as an LLP member, in accordance with their respective schemes of delegation.
