    The Chief Officer Parks and Countryside has approved to;

    - waive contract procedure rules 3.1.6, 3.1.13, 8.1 & 8.2 in order to support the appointment of Southern Green without competition in the sum of £50,000. The contract shall commence on the 12th July 2018 and expire on the 1st December 2018.
