The Director of Resources & Housing agreed
to approve the purchase of the leasehold interest at 90 Silk Mill
Drive. Leeds 16, as contained in the attached confidential
appendix.

information relating to the financial or business affairs of any
particular person (including the authority holding that
information) which, if disclosed to the public, would, or would be
likely to prejudice the commercial interests of that person or of
