i)  gave authority to incur expenditure of £443,000 to complete the Feasibility Study, Outline Design & Outline Business Case for the preferred option.

ii)  Noted that a further report will be submitted to Executive Board in Early 2019 to gain approval to submit the Outline Business Case to the Environment Agency and give authority to incur expenditure for the scheme itself.
