    The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
    i) noted the contents of the report; and
    ii) approved the application from Roxy Ball Room, for a licence to operate a street café on the highway at Merrion Street, Leeds, from 11.00am to 11pm as shown on the attached drawing Unnumbered, to expire on the 31 March 2019 and that future licences be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
