Purpose:

The Director of Resources and Housing is requested to approve the procurement of a range of multi-trade and elemental contracts to support Leeds Building Service’s delivery of responsive activity and planned works.

 

Decision:

The Director of Resources & Housing agreed to approve the procurement of up to 3 contractors for the proposed painting works by utilising Lot 46 of the Efficiency North Procure Installers Framework, and that the evaluation   criteria to be used to assess the suitability of tenderers to undertake the service be based on a single stage traditional tender with a weighting of a 70%/30% price/quality evaluation split. The term of the framework will be for 2 years with 2 x 12 month further options to extend for, valued at up-to £2,200,000 per annum
