To approve the waiver of Contracts Procedure Rules 9.1 and 9.2 (High Value Procurements) to allow the use of private sector Bathing Contractors to undertake   work in domestic properties without seeking competition. The contract value is up to £400,000 over 12 months

This is to approve the use of private sector Bathing Contractors to undertake work in domestic properties without seeking competition. The contract value is up to £400,000.
